Tongue-tie and Lip Tie

At our office we perform lingual frenum and upper lip evaluation.

If necessary we also perform the frenectomy release for the infant.

For parents, know that the best results are seen when an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) is part of the team for your baby before and after procedure.

Even if you are not planning on nursing, a body work specialist such as a cranial sacral therapist, chiropractor, or physical therapist are important members to have onboard pre and post treatment, or if not treatment is indicated at the time.

The procedure is performed using a laser, and so healing time is accelerated and there is no bleeding. If, you think your baby needs an evaluation, please contact our office for consultation.
